Responsibilities

• The Access Center Representative provides scheduling support and appointment information to UC Health ambulatory patients. Agents schedule appointments and complete registration for identified UC Health ambulatory departments.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or GED required.

Experience: No experience is required. 0-6 months is preferred.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

• Excellent customer service skills and attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced Call Center.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
