Required:
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, health sciences, social work, business administration, public health, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible healthcare operations, patient access, care coordination, or clinic administration experience
Minimum 5 years experience supervising professional and administrative staff in a healthcare setting
Minimum 3 years of demonstration experience and knowledge of patient scheduling workflows, referral management, insurance processes, and electronic medical records (Epic/CareConnet preferred)
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and operational improvement skills
Preferred:
Master’s degree in Social Work
Licensed in Clinical Social Work
Experience in behavioral health, ambulatory care, or specialty clinic operations
