    Job description

The Strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a trusted advisor to senior and executive leadership, driving organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent strategy, and operational excellence across assigned business units. In close partnership with Business Unit Presidents, C-suite leaders, and clinical executives, the HRBP aligns people and culture strategies with enterprise priorities to strengthen engagement, retention, financial performance, and operational outcomes.

We are seeking a seasoned HRBP with extensive experience in complex, large healthcare environments. This individual will lead high-impact strategic initiatives, including organizational design and restructuring, leadership development, performance management, and succession planning. Partnering closely with executive leadership, the HRBP leverages workforce analytics and talent insights to inform decision-making, guide governance processes, and implement data-driven retention strategies that measurably reduce turnover and elevate team performance.
