The Vice President is responsible for shaping, articulating, and advancing a unified strategic agenda that supports the priorities for pediatric services and the broader UCSF Health enterprise vision.
Operating in a highly complex, matrixed environment, the Vice President partners closely with the UCSF Health Chief Strategy Officer, pediatric leadership, department chairs and chiefs, and peer strategy executives to define near- and long-term strategic priorities; lead annual and multi-year planning; and drive disciplined, data-informed decision making.

Leads enterprise-aligned strategic planning and business development initiatives for pediatric services across UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospitals and the broader UCSF Health system.

In partnership with the UCSF Health Chief Strategy Officer and pediatric leadership, defines and advances strategic priorities that support both pediatric service line growth and UCSF Health’s enterprise strategy.
