Responsibilities:

</strong></span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><br></span></div><ul><li>Travel regularly to assigned schools and government offices to support and monitor program implementation.</li><li>Conduct classroom observations and interact with teachers, school leaders, and other stakeholders to understand on-ground progress.</li><li>Monitor the status of program implementation through field visits, data review, phone calls, and active WhatsApp communication, while staying informed about developments across assigned schools.</li><li>Collect, verify, and maintain accurate program data from schools to support reporting, documentation, and decision-making.</li><li>Prepare clear and timely program reports, presentations, and official communication for internal teams and government stakeholders.</li><li>Build and maintain positive working relationships with government officials through regular meetings, follow-ups, and coordination.</li><li>Support the planning and delivery of online and offline training sessions for teachers, school leaders, and other stakeholders, in collaboration with the Udhyam team.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of program activities and resolve implementation challenges as they arise.</li><li>Identify field-level challenges and opportunities, and proactively share insights and recommendations to strengthen program implementation.</li></ul><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><strong>Skills, Experience and Mindsets</strong></span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br></div><ul><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">A keen interest in the development and education sector.</li><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.</li><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Prior experience working with teachers and school-level stakeholders is highly desirable.</li><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Willingness to travel across the district as required.</li><li style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Fluency in Hindi and English, with excellent reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
