    Life at UiPath

The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We’re committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power.

To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.

    Could that be you?

    • Your mission

Lead UiPath's talent acquisition strategy and execution at the enterprise level. As SVP of Talent Acquisition, you will drive the vision, strategy, and operations of our global recruitment function, partnering closely with executive leadership to attract, engage, and retain world-class talent that fuels our growth and innovation.

    • What you'll do at UiPath

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives, workforce planning, and organizational growth initiatives

    • Lead and mentor a high-performing talent acquisition team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement

    • Partner with C-suite executives and business leaders to understand talent needs, market dynamics, and competitive positioning

    • Oversee recruitment operations including sourcing, candidate experience, employer branding, and recruitment technology optimization

    • Build and maintain strategic relationships with executive search firms, universities, and key talent communities to support pipeline development

    • Drive metrics and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness, including time-to-hire, quality of hire, cost-per-hire, and diversity metrics

    • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the talent acquisition function and across the organization

    • Manage talent acquisition budget and resource allocation to maximize ROI and operational efficiency

    • Stay current with talent acquisition trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the recruitment landscape

    • What you'll bring to the team

    • 15+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or related fields, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role (VP or SVP level)

    • Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing talent acquisition teams and functions

    • Strategic mindset with ability to connect talent decisions to business performance, workforce planning, and organizational capability

    • Strong experience with recruitment technology platforms, ATS systems, and data analytics

    • Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to influence and partner with C-suite executives

    • Deep understanding of executive search, technical recruiting, and enterprise-level hiring challenges

    • Demonstrated success in implementing talent acquisition process improvements and operational efficiencies

    • Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate talent strategy to diverse audiences

    • Experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented technology or software company environment

    • Nice to have

    • Experience with global or international recruitment operations

    • Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies

    • Certification in HR or talent management (SHRM-SCP, CIPD, or equivalent)

    • Background in building diversity and inclusion programs

    • Experience with AI-powered recruitment tools and automation

Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above— but still think you’d be great for the job? Go ahead, apply anyway. Because we know that experience comes in all shapes and sizes—and passion can’t be learned.
