Job Function
This position supports the APAC & EMEA Benefits team (COE) in managing benefit-related content, preparing communication materials, and providing necessary support to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of employee benefit information.
Job Responsibilities
- Organize, review, and maintain benefit-related articles on the askHR system to ensure accuracy and up-to-date content.
- Draft and update benefit articles based on team requirements with clear structure and logical flow.
- Assist in preparing employee benefit communication decks and materials.
- Support other benefit-related tasks as assigned by the team.
Hire-in Requirements
- Currently a third-year undergraduate student or a second-year postgraduate student.
- Excellent English reading and writing skills with strong logical thinking ability.
- Able to work at least 3 days per week, starting as soon as possible.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and a good team player with strong communication and coordination skills.
- Possess a strong interest in the HR field, especially employee benefits, with the intention to work in the role in a stable and long-term manner.
- Basic knowledge of HR or employee benefits is a plus.
Learning & Exposure
- Hands-on experience supporting APAC & EMEA benefit COE team.
- Exposure to benefit content management and employee communication in a multinational environment.
- Development of professional English writing and communication skills in HR.
