UCT is looking for a talented Mgr, Planning to join us in Singapore!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• To lead a team of Production Planners to achieve the key performance
• Parts maintenance checking before project kick in
• Manage 500-1000 items per projects
• Developing production schedules based on demand forecasts to meet customer requirements
• Coordinating with suppliers to ensure that adequate materials are available, and developing relationships with new suppliers as needed
• Communicating with other departments within the organization regarding production schedules and deadlines
• Monitoring inventory levels and adjusting production accordingly to avoid overproduction
• Interpreting and implementing company policies regarding production scheduling to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
• Reviewing production schedules and labor forecasts to determine whether additional staff will be required during certain times of the year
• Creating and maintaining records of materials used during production to ensure efficient use of resources and to identify waste or loss
• Coordinating the purchase of raw materials for products from suppliers based on inventory levels, price fluctuations, and other factors
• Coordinating with shipping companies to arrange for delivery of finished products to customers

Knowledge, Skills, Experience:

• Preferably in manufacturing environment
• Experience with ERP System as SAP & PLM System as Enovia/ Agile
• Knowledge of MRP system will be advantageous
• Minimum 6 – 8 years’ experience in manufacturing industry
• Prior experience in leading a team preferred
• Able to work in a fast paced environment

Education, Certifications, Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with related field required
