Days M-F 0830-1700 plus call
Our mission is to be a leader in providing quality patient care by promoting excellence and innovation in Endoscopy. We use a multi-disciplinary approach to nursing care The Endoscopy staff presently consists of a Nurse Director, Assistant Director, Clinical Instructor, Office Manager, two Charge Nurses, 26 Registered Nurses that are practicing with a current Texas License, 10 Endoscopy Technicians, one Porter, two Health Unit Coordinators, and 5 Office Assistants working directly under the Vice President for ICU and Endoscopy Services.
Registered professional nurse who assesses, implements or delegates, plans, and evaluates total nursing care and functions in accordance with established philosophy, providing and directing patient care for a group of patients. Relates effectively with other shifts/departments for optimal continuity of care.
Qualifications:
-Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
-Valid Texas RN License/Eligible Compact License
-Must maintain a current BLS, ACLS, & PALS certification from American Heart
Association
-BSN required or must be obtained within 3 years of hire
- 2 years of nursing experience required
-Acute Care Experienced Required.:
