We’re looking for motivated graduates to join our Network team, where you’ll gain hands-on exposure to network operations, troubleshooting, monitoring, and customer-impacting services.
🔧 What You’ll Be Working On
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and service issues, identify root causes, and support resolution.
- Monitor network performance and identify potential issues before they impact services.
- Work with routers, switches, firewalls, and other network equipment.
- Apply your knowledge of routing, switching, and MPLS in real operational scenarios.
- Gain exposure to Microwave (MW) and Fiber transmission technologies.
- Handle network monitoring systems and technical tickets.
- Support network installations, configurations, upgrades, and migrations.
- Work closely with Network team members and third parties to investigate and resolve issues.
- Maintain and update network documentation, diagrams, and configuration records.
- Apply basic network security concepts in day-to-day activities.
- Communicate with customers and stakeholders when required.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- CCNA (Routing & Switching) certification or completed CCNA training.
- Basic understanding of networking and network troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of MPLS and its troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of MW and Fiber technologies.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good command of English.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
- A genuine interest in building a career in Networking & Telecommunications.
