The Position: Responsible for daily preparation of bakery items for the Seven Feathers Truck & Travel Center and Seven Feathers Casino Resort. Produce a fresh and top-quality product in a prompt and consistent manner, under guidelines and directives set by the supervisor. Maintain a clean and safe workplace as directed by industry standards. Be aware of menu content and maintain excellent presentation of finished product.

Ensure the bakery area is fully stocked to appropriate levels for projected business. Complete assigned tasks as directed by the supervisor and ensures that all of the daily tasks are carried out. The
