Will-Mor Manufacturing is hiring for both Mill and Lathe Machinists for our 1st and 2nd shifts! Will-Mor is a leading precision CNC Manufacturer specializing in complex, tight-tolerance parts in the defense and aerospace industries.

Setup/Operate CNC Vertical & Horizontal Mills 4 Axis with palletizing.
Setup/Operate CNC Turning and Manual Turning.
Load fixture in the machine with blank parts to be machined or a machined part for one (1) of the part - specific operations, which would be noted on the job router.
Utilize measuring devices to accurately measure part characteristics to ensure they meet part conformance requirements, and document measurements on inspection documents.
Seek supervisory help if the machine fails or measurements get completely outside limits.
Document on router production, quality & scrap counts daily.
Check to make sure the Coolant or Oil levels are at proper function levels.

Skills & Experience

CNC machining experience, preferably with CNC Turning Center up to 12 Turrets. CNC Mill Machines
Defense and Aerospace Industry experience
AS9100 Experience is a plus
Ability to read GD&T Code
Ability to use all measuring tools
