We are looking for motivated Grind Operators to join our 2nd Shift Team. Candidates will be responsibel for operating centerless and in-feed grinding equipment to produce quality parts according to customer and company specifications.
Training Available:
Previous grinding experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidates. Candidates with manufacturing, machining, or other machine-operating experiences are encouraged to apply.

- Operate centerless and in-feed grinding machines.
- Load, unload, and inspect parts during production.
- Set up and understand blueprints, work instructions, and inspection requirements.
- Read and understand blueprints, work instructions, and inspection requirements.
- Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring equipment.
- Maintain production and quality requirements.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Communicate machine, quality, and production issues to supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous centerless or in-feed grinding experience preferred.
- Manufacturing or machining experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Dependable and willing to learn.
- Aerospace manufacturing experience is a plus.
