We are currently looking for a Construction & Infrastructure Engineer (m/f) , to join our team.
What you'll do:
- Support the definition and execution of the infrastructure strategies aligned with business and operational goals.
- Manage capital planning and budgeting for construction, renovation, and maintenance projects.
- Manage different projects, prioritizing infrastructure investments.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of infrastructure projects, from design to licensing, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and sustainability objectives.
- Development of solutions that ensure technical and economic balance, regarding infrastructures.
What you have:
- Academic degree in Civil Engineering
- No more than 5 years of experience in facility and project management in the Health, Hospitality, Large Retail, or Industrial sectors (multi-sites).
- Proven ability to manage complex projects in fast-paced, multi-site environments.
- Knowledge of healthcare facility regulations and building systems (preferably).
- Previous experience in project management, budgeting, cost management, definition and implementation of robust internal processes
- Strong skills in anticipating problems, strong communication skills and focus on continuous improvement.
- Good command of English.
