Diesel Mechanic/Service Technician

Purpose As small engine tech you will be required to perform repairs and maintenance on turf equipment, ATV/UTV’s and other small engine equipment. Will require some direction or guidance from the Service Manager.

Essential Functions

• The following are essential functions of this position: Performs repairs and maintenance on small engine equipment.
• Operates and maintains vehicles, tools and equipment required for the position.
• Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations require in conjunction with job assignments.
• Complete all reports and forms required in conjunction with job assignments.
• Accounts for all time and material used in performing assigned duties.
• May participate in service training programs required for the development of skills and knowledge.
• Physical Demands This position requires minimal physical demands that are necessary to perform the essential functions of the position, including: Talking and hearing.
• This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, balancing and climbing all day.
• The employee must frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 lbs.
