Role Summary: The Connection Coordinator is responsible for ensuring Faith U consistently reaches new students and provides a welcoming, organized first experience. This role focuses on visibility, outreach execution, and first-time guest engagement.

Length of Service Commitment

One academic year minimum

Anticipated Time Commitments:

1. Preparing for ministry:5–7 hours per week during the semester and additional hours during major outreach events
2. Participating in meetings/training: Three hours a month or as requested.

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Plan and execute campus outreach initiatives (tabling, flyering, class visits)
• Coordinate Faith U social events and kickoffs
• Oversee first-time guest experience and data capture
• Train volunteers on outreach and hospitality
• Track reach vs first-time attendance metrics
