The couples’ outreach coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing outreach initiatives to connect with couples in the community and the church, inviting them to participate in the ministry's activities and programs.

One year minimum

Anticipated Time Commitments:

1.    Doing ministry/preparing for ministry: 2-4 hours a month

2.    Participating in meetings/training: as requested

Responsibilities/Duties:

1. Help develop a strategy to identify and engage couples from diverse backgrounds and life stages. This includes researching target demographics, analyzing trends, and identifying effective outreach channels.
2. Design and create promotional materials, including flyers, brochures, social media graphics, and online content, to effectively communicate the ministry's mission, values, and upcoming events to the target audience.
3. Use church activities and services to engage with fellow members and visitors to attract and engage couples to attend couple ministry events.
4. Follow up with couples who express interest in the ministry, providing them with additional information, support, and encouragement to participate in upcoming events and programs.
5. Track and analyze outreach efforts, including event attendance, participant demographics, and engagement metrics. Prepare regular reports and presentations to evaluate the effectiveness of outreach strategies and inform future planning.
