This position is responsible for bridging ministry and analytics, helping leaders and members understand trends, measure effectiveness, and communicate the church’s progress and vision to the congregation and partners.

Length of Service Commitment

One-year minimum,

Anticipated Time Commitments:

1. Doing ministry/preparing for ministry: 4–6 hours per week, with additional time during major reporting periods or events

2. Participating in meetings/training: 2 hour a month for team updates or development and as requested.

Responsibilities/Duties:

1. Collect, organize, and maintain data from multiple ministries and community initiatives.
2. Create graphs, charts, dashboards, and infographics that highlight key metrics and ministry outcomes.
3. Design slideshow presentations and visual reports for leadership meetings, church-wide updates, and special events.
4. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all visual materials.
5. Collaborate with ministry leaders to interpret data and help tell the story behind the numbers.
6. Present data in ways that inspire action, accountability, and celebration within the church and community.
7. Support the development of visual content for special reports such as the Watchman’s Report, annual reviews, and public presentations.
