Anticipated Time Commitments:

1. Preparing for ministry:3–5 hours per week during event weeks
2. Participating in meetings/training: Three hours a month or as requested.

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Support planning and execution of Faith U events
• Assist with event setup, flow, and teardown
• Welcome and engage first-time guests
• Help manage sign-in and follow-up information
• Coordinate hospitality efforts
