Hope House Coordinator

The Hope House Coordinator supports day to day operations for ministries conducting outreach and holistic based ministry in the Hope House and Zion City community for United Christian Faith Ministries. This role ensures that all activities conducted at the Hope House are streamlined and operated effectively to evangelize, serve, and advocate within the community, reaching people of all races with the Gospel of Jesus Christ while demonstrating biblical justice in action.

Anticipated Time Commitments:

1. Doing ministry/preparing for ministry: Flexible part-time hours; includes community mobilization and event execution.

2. Participating in meetings/training: Regular meetings w/ ministry leaders as required

Responsibilities/Duties:

1. Provide day to day operations for all activities operating in the Hope House.
2. Ensure all volunteers coordinators are familiar with all Hope House amenities.
3. Ensure all meeting rooms are appropriate for the nature of the meeting.
4. Ensure all guests are properly signed in & accounted for.
5. Keep accountability of all events conducted and meetings scheduled at the Hope House.
6. Maintain Hope House ministry calendars, schedules, and reporting systems
7. Be the initial point of contact/gatekeeper for all UCFM departments conducting ministry events at/around the Hope House.
8. Maintain sufficient UCFM ministry literature on hand.
9. Ensure the Hope House environment honors God
10. Strive for service excellence towards all guests.
