The Reach (Life Coach) Coordinator is responsible for providing technical and instructional assistance to the Life Coaching/Biblical Counseling program.

Length of Service Commitment

One year minimum

Anticipated Time Commitments:

1.   Doing ministry/preparing for ministry: two (2) hours each week

2.   Participating in meetings/training: on an as-needed basis

Responsibilities/Duties:

1.   Assist with new program developments, events, workshops, etc.

2.   Instruct and train new recruits for life coaching program.

3.   Facilitate accountability group sessions as well as assist others in setting up growth plans.

4.   Coordinate schedules for meetings between all the individuals who will be contributing to a task.

5.   Write communications, including handouts and emails, to inform team members of important notices.

6.   Review materials created by others and offer suggestions for improvement.

7.   Present progress and results of tasks to director and other interested parties in person or in digital format.

8.   Conduct regular analyzes of processes and procedures, adjusting when necessary.

9.   Establish contact lists of collaborators and update information periodically.

10. Perform other relevant duties as required.
