Membership and Support Service’s mission is to provide committed and dedicated members with quality support resources and services by focusing on effective communication and timely feedback. This position requires the MASS Team Member to be able to accommodate the member’s needs efficiently.

ANTICIPATED TIME COMMITMENTS

1. Doing Ministry/preparing for ministry: 4-6 hours a week
2. Participate in meeting/training: as requested

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

1. Must be filled with the Holy Ghost
2. When notified, call and pray for the sick and shut-in
3. Must be able to be trusted with members’ personal
4. Be able to counsel the member when needed
5. Team member must be able to give directions to the member regarding the ministry (knowing the available services)
6. Make follow-up calls
7. Maintain contact with the members to ensure the quality support
8. Be able to make hospital visits
