Anticipated Time Commitments:
1. Doing ministry/preparing for ministry: two to four hours a month
2. Participating in meetings/training: one to two hours a month
Responsibilities/Duties:
1. Prayer Event Planning: Develop, plan, and coordinate a variety of prayer events and opportunities specifically designed for the men's ministry, fostering a deeper connection with God.
2. Prayer Gatherings: Organize regular prayer gatherings, ensuring a balance between structured prayer meetings, informal prayer sessions, and prayer walks.
3. Spiritual Retreats: Plan and execute spiritual encounters focused on prayer, reflection, and building a stronger bond among men in their faith journey.
4. Prayer Partnerships: Foster partnerships with local churches, prayer networks, and ministries to expand and enrich the men's prayer experiences.
5. Communication: Effectively communicate prayer opportunities to the men's community, providing clear information on the purpose, format, and significance of each prayer gathering.
6. Prayer Resources: Curate and provide resources to aid in individual and group prayer, including scripture readings, prayer guides, and relevant materials.
7. Volunteer Engagement: Recruit, train, and support volunteers within the men's ministry to actively participate in and contribute to prayer events.
8. Spiritual Counseling: Offer support and spiritual guidance to men seeking prayer and cultivate an environment where individuals feel comfortable sharing their prayer needs.
