One year minimum
Anticipated Time Commitments:
1. Doing ministry/preparing for ministry: three hours a month
2. Participating in meetings/training: at least one hour a month
Responsibilities/Duties:
1. Service Project Planning: Develop, plan, and coordinate a variety of service projects and outreach initiatives specifically tailored for the men's ministry.
2. Collaboration: Work closely with local organizations, charities, and community leaders to identify meaningful service opportunities that align with the values and mission of the men's ministry.
3. Event Logistics: Oversee the logistical details of service projects, including scheduling, volunteer recruitment, and coordination of resources.
4. Communication: Effectively communicate service opportunities to the men's community, providing clear information on project details, goals, and impact.
5. Spiritual Integration: Infuse a sense of purpose and spiritual growth into service opportunities, encouraging participants to see the connection between their faith and acts of service.
6. Volunteer Engagement: Recruit, train, and support volunteers within the men's ministry for active participation in service projects.
7. Impact Measurement: Develop mechanisms for measuring and communicating the impact of service projects, both within the men's community and to the broader congregation.
8. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service projects, including attendance, feedback, and lessons learned for future planning.
