Anticipated Time Commitments:
1. Doing ministry/preparing for ministry: 5 hours per week
2. Participating in meetings/training: 2 hours per month
Responsibilities/Duties:
1.Help new members understand the process of getting connected after completing new member classes.
2. Assist new members in understanding their unique spiritual "SHAPE" and how they fit into the local body of Christ at UCFM.
3. Track the enrollment of new members into UCFM 40+ ministries.
4. Encourage new members to "Grow, Connect, and Serve" through active participation (attendance at services, church events, volunteering, etc.).
5. Be available to answer questions from new members regarding getting connected to church ministries.
6. Assist in hosting monthly Zoom sessions with new members and the pastor to strengthen connection and engagement.
7. Maintain regular communication with new members to ensure continued participation and growth within the church community.
8. Monitor and support the spiritual and social growth of new members as they integrate into UCFM.
