    Length of Service Commitment

    1 year

    Anticipated Time Commitments:

    1. Doing ministry/preparing for ministry: 8 hours per week

    2. Participating in meetings/training: 1-2 hours a month

    Responsibilities/Duties:

    1. Support the intake process of new members, guiding them through necessary steps to officially join the church.

    2. Ensure new member candidates complete their required classes, both online and in-person with the pastor.

    3. Document all communication, contact, and questions from new member candidates, ensuring thorough follow-up.

    3. Serve as a resource for new member candidates, answering questions and providing information about church services, programs, and membership requirements.

    4.Be visible and accessible to new members, representing UCFM's core values and membership expectations at all times.

    5.Coordinate with the New Member Counselor and other ministry staff to facilitate a smooth process for new members.

    6. Assist with tracking the completion of membership-related tasks to confirm all required steps are followed.

    7. Provide ongoing support for new members during their initial integration period at UCFM.
