The Placement Coordinator is responsible for ensuring new members are properly placed within their ministry of interest through follow-up procedures and varying administrative tasks.

One year minimum

Anticipated Time Commitments:

1.   Doing ministry/preparing for ministry: two (2) hours each week

2.   Participating in meetings/training: on an as-needed basis

Responsibilities/Duties:

1. Attend New Members Wrap-Up class and receive referrals from HR team to identify individuals interested in connecting to a ministry.
2. Assist with monthly orientation/training sessions to take a deeper dive into UCFM Core Values and ministry opportunities.
3. Refer new members to department directors for the identified ministry of interest via a referral form, text, or email.
4. Follow-up with department directors to make sure new members have been placed in their area of interest.
