    The Small Group Administrative Support role ensures smooth and efficient operations within the Small Group Ministry by managing sign-ups, maintaining accurate records, facilitating clear communication, and organizing resources for leaders and participants.

    Length of Service Commitment

    One year minimum

    Anticipated Time Commitments:

    1. Doing ministry/preparing for ministry: 2 hours per week

    2. Participating in meetings/training: As required

    Responsibilities/Duties:

    1. Manage registration for small groups through both online and paper systems.
    2. Maintain accurate participant records and group assignments.
    3. Prepare reports on sign-up numbers, group availability, and trends in participation.
    4. Serve as the first point of contact for small group inquiries.
    5. Draft and send communication to group leaders and participants (emails, reminders, updates).
    6. Support the promotion of group sign-ups through bulletins, the church website, and other channels.
    7. Organize and distribute curriculum, study guides, and other group materials.
    8. Assist in scheduling and preparing logistics for leader training sessions or gatherings.
    9. Maintain digital files and resources to ensure leaders have access to updated materials.
