Anticipated Time Commitments:

1. Doing ministry/preparing for ministry: two hours a month

2. Participating in meetings/training: as required

Responsibilities/Duties:

1.   Lead the creative process for developing new worship songs, drawing upon spiritual gifts and talents to inspire and uplift the congregation.

2.   Work closely with members of the church community to co-create songs, assisting with arrangements, music composition, and lyrical content.

3.   Provide guidance and support to individuals interested in contributing to the worship music repertoire, nurturing their talents and helping them develop their skills.

4.   Select and refine songs presented by members, ensuring they align with the church's values, beliefs, and worship style.

5.   Foster a collaborative and supportive environment within the worship music team, encouraging creativity, unity, and spiritual growth
