The communication manager is responsible for spearheading the promotional efforts for  THRIVE ministry and communication with ministry members.

Length of Service Commitment

1 year minimum

Anticipated Time Commitments:

1.    Doing ministry/preparing for ministry: 3-5hrs/wk

2.    Participating in meetings/training: 1-3hrs/month or as requested

Responsibilities/Duties:

1. Creates and shares monthly newsletters to the young adult community for the following purposes:
   1. . Provide scriptural inspiration
   2. Birthday shoutouts
   3. Market on thrive monthly events, young adult highlights, testimonies
   4. Market all Thrive updates
   5. Promote opportunities to serve withing Thrive
2. Update event registration via Churchteams and creating the new event groups.
3. Assist the director with all marketing events/opportunities including but not limited to: pop-ups, open houses, etc.
4. Provide and execute a strategy to help young adults get enrolled, gather more general information about thrive, and how to connect via social media.
