Length of Service Commitment

1 year minimum

Anticipated Time Commitments:

1.    Doing ministry/preparing for ministry: 3-4hrs/wk

2.    Participating in meetings/training: 3hrs/month or as requested

Responsibilities/Duties:

1. Create THRIVE flyers.
2. Communicate with THRIVE directors what to post.
3. Communicate with UCFM media concerning all things media-namely, announcements for THRIVE events, flyer creation, postings on UCFM social media pages.
4. Develop a team (if necessary) to fulfill all marketing objectives
   1. Coordinate with team members who create content specifically for social media postings for THRIVE to both IG and FB groups. Team can create shorts, stories, posts, reels, tik toks, podcasts episodes via social media with THRIVE leaders, etc.
   2. Appoint volunteers to record THRIVE’s live events, and capture testimonies at the end of each event.
5. Oversee a content calendar schedule with monthly and weekly deadlines.
