3 months minimum

Anticipated Time Commitments:

1. Doing ministry/preparing for ministry: 3-5hrs/month

2. Participating in meetings/training: 1-3hrs/month

Responsibilities/Duties:

1. Facilitate the module to which they’ve been assigned. There are 6 modules total:
   1. Spiritual intelligence
   2. Financial literacy
   3. Personal leadership
   4. Relational intelligence
   5. Physical wellness
   6. Mental wellness

2.    Track attendance for their module classes

3.    Cover all predetermined module content for examination

4.    Create presentations of module content
