Anticipated Time Commitments:

Doing ministry/preparing for ministry: 1-2 hours/week

Participating in meetings/training: Podcast Manager should meet with THRIVE director and media director regularly and bring either problems or solutions that are needed for the Podcast. Training will be provided as needed.

Responsibilities/Duties:

1. The podcast manager is responsible for the taking the lead on the logistics for the THRIVE podcasts to include:
   1. scheduling the podcast location and time several weeks at a time
   2. booking key guests to be on the THRIVE podcasts on a weekly basis
   3. working in partnership with the THRIVE area director and media director about topics to discuss each week. The podcast manager should have at least 4 weeks topics planned out at a time.
2. The podcast manager will ensure the podcast is appropriately booked and recorded each week, recorded correctly, and disseminated to the producer for video editing and posting.
