Anticipated Time Commitments:

1. Doing ministry/preparing for ministry: 2-3hrs/week

2. Participating in meetings/training: 2-3hrs/month

Responsibilities/Duties:

1. Attend New Member Wrap-Up classes held on the 3rd Sunday of each month to engage with potential young adults and connect them with the THRIVE and Small Group ministries.

2.    Oversee trained young adult small group leaders, ensuring they meet with their groups at least biweekly. Collect attendance and offering and report it to both the THRIVE director and the Small Groups director.

3.    Serve as the point of contact for young adults interested in joining a small group.

4.    Attend all THRIVE events, meetings, and ministry opportunities.
