The women connect team member is responsible for supporting the goals and objectives of the ministry through various tasks and activities that promote fellowship and spiritual growth in women.

Length of Service Commitment

One year minimum

Anticipated Time Commitments:

1. Doing ministry/preparing for ministry: 30 minutes to 1 hour each week

2. Participating in meetings/training: 1 to 2 hours a month

Responsibilities/Duties:

1. Attend at least 10 out of 12 fellowship events each year.

2. Participate in the planning process and contribute creative ideas.

3. Regularly attend meetings by phone and in person.

4. Recruit members for participation in the women’s fellowship events and help ensure maximum participation with at least 2 invitees attending each event.

5. Actively participate in the set-up, clean-up, decorations, and supplies of each fellowship event.

6. Be available to pick up supplies and food when necessary.

7. Be a model of accountability, dependability, punctuality, and preparedness in all activities.

8. Actively practice the “principle of eleven” system: contacting eleven people each time we have a fellowship, getting them to commit to coming and register for the fellowship, and submitting their names (incentives for the most attendance).

9. Participate in growth seminars via zoom and/or in person 90% of the time.

10. Be a part of the quarterly book read and discussion.

11. Actively participate in Meditation Monday 90% of the time.

12. Help in feeding/serving the homeless (semi quarterly).

13. Complete event planning form (3-C’s), food planning form, budget form, and requisition forms for Women’s Connect Grow Serve when required.

14. Provide assistance with tasks and initiatives requested by Lady Mary.

15. Support the vision of the Pastor and the Women’s Connect Leaders.
