Supervisor

United Envelope is a leading manufacturer in the direct mail industry. Our Mount Pocono, PA facility is seeking candidates for Supervisory positions. Our facility operates on a 12 hour 24/7 shift schedule with one week of four days (Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday) and three days in the second week (Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday).

The ideal candidate will have:

• prior management experience in overseeing a production facility involving 60 employees in various departments
• prior manufacturing experience and/or mechanical background are preferred
• prior experience managing in a Union setting is preferred
• ability to manage tight lead times and ensure consistency in meeting customers' production dates
• strong organizational skills
• the ability to work as part of a team across four shifts
• Management degree preferred but not required
