LOCATION: On-site in Pontiac, MI
SCHEDULE: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8 hour shift with a 1-hour lunch break

You’ll use your communication and problem-solving skills to answer client questions, resolve concerns and provide solutions over the phone. We'll provide paid training, ongoing support and opportunities to grow.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Deliver friendly, professional and solution-focused service
- Resolve client requests via email
- Meet quality, service and performance goals
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Must Have Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year experience in customer service or call center positions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office products
- Ability to work on multiple screens
Nice to Have Qualifications:
- 1+ year experience in mortgage servicing
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
