- Provide top-notch customer service to students, families, staff, and external partners, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Handle incoming mail, packages, and checks; ensure timely distribution to the correct departments.
- Support multiple departments with administrative tasks and assist with campus events like Open House, Orientation, and Graduation.
- Coordinate and deliver professional campus tours, maintain guest records, and provide feedback on visitor interactions.
- Manage marketing material inventory and assist admissions leadership with paperwork and other support duties as needed.
- Qualifications Education / Experience High School diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience with multi-line phone system strongly preferred.
- Customer Service experience required.
- Skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly visible environment.
- Ability to maintain a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and visitors (written and verbal).
- Ability to work well with a variety of styles and personalities.
- Possess excellent customer service skills.
