In this role, under the direction of the Unlimited Instruction's team, and the school district, you will create an engaging and safe learning environment for students. Unlimited Instruction partners with schools to provide students with purposeful learning experiences led by inspirational educators. Responsibilities Curriculum Development and Instruction: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and educational standards. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active learning and participation. Use a variety of teaching methods and instructional strategies to meet the diverse needs of students. Integrate technology and other innovative tools to enhance learning experiences.
Other Duties as assigned by the Program Manager and/or School Administrator(s). Student Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and identify areas for improvement. Provide timely and constructive feedback regarding academic performance and behavior. Utilize assessment data to inform instructional practices and interventions. Classroom Management: Establish and enforce clear classroom rules and expectations to maintain a safe and orderly learning environment. Address and manage behavioral issues promptly and effectively. Create a supportive and respectful classroom culture that fosters mutual respect and cooperation. Other Duties as assigned by the Program Manager and/or School Administrator(s). Collaboration and Professional Development: Work closely with colleagues, including assistant teachers, special education staff, and administration, to support student learning and development.
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices and advancements. Lead or contribute to school committees, events, and initiatives as needed.
