The University of Louisville is seeking a skilled applications administrator to provide support for our ticketing system, TeamDynamix. This position will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our TeamDynamix (TDX) platform. This role is critical to ensure the reliability, scalability, and usability of our IT Service Management (ITSM), Project Portfolio Management (PPM), and enterprise workflow automation systems.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement service catalog enhancements, streamline ticket routing, create/maintain workflows, and develop system integrations using TDX iPaaS functionality. Experience with administering ticketing systems, CRM’s, and systems that heavily utilize forms and workflows is a plus.
Specific duties related to this position are:
