Be Part of the Student Experience
The Student Services Coordinator plays an important role in building community and supporting the student experience at Notre Dame Law School. Working closely with law students and student leaders, you’ll help student organizations navigate University processes, coordinate events and activities, manage budgets and financial transactions, and support some of the Law School’s most important student experiences.
Reporting to the Director of Student Services, you’ll join a highly collaborative Student Services team committed to creating an environment where all students can thrive.

Hiring Pay Range: $18 - $23/Hour | Commensurate with experience
Required Documents: Resume & Cover Letter
Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with a one-hour unpaid lunch.
Seasonal Needs: Overtime may be required during busier times of the academic year, including Welcome Week, exams, and Commencement.
Hybrid Flexibility: Up to one remote day per week during the academic year and up to two remote days per week during academic breaks, as work responsibilities allow.
