    Examination of metabolism of macronutrients (proteins, carbohydrates and lipids) and micronutrients (vitamins, minerals and trace elements). Physiology of digestion and absorption of nutrients. Symptoms of deficiencies and toxicity.

    Requirements:

    Requirements : Master degree in Nutrition Sciences, Food Sciences, or equivalent*. Experience in the field of the course. Recent university teaching experience an asset.

    * The candidate must clearly demonstrate in their résumé how their academic background is relevant to the subject matter of the course.
    Instruction Mode : In person - Campus Lees / Type "B" Course: course with either written assignments or examinations which are not computer marked.
