    nstrumental Music Uniform Manager and Set-up Technician.

    Responsibilities and Career Competencies:

    1. Set up rehearsal spaces: Arrange chairs, music stands, and staging according to specific ensemble seating charts. — TW, CT, P
    2. Deploy large-scale equipment: Position heavy percussion instruments, amplifiers, conductor podiums, and other equipment prior to rehearsals. — TW, P, CT
    3. Conduct post-rehearsal resets: Clear rehearsal spaces and return instruments, stands, and equipment to designated storage areas. — TW, P
    4. Manage uniform inventory: Track, organize, and assign marching uniforms, secondary uniforms, shoes, hats, and clovers to students. — T, P, CT
    5. Coordinate uniform distribution: Assist with fittings, distribution, collection, and documentation of apparel during the Marching Band season. — C, TW, P, T
    6. Inspect gear and attire: Check returned instruments, equipment, and uniforms for damage, stains, missing components, or other issues. — CT, P, CSD
    7. Coordinate uniform cleaning: Prepare uniforms for dry cleaning and organize and properly store uniforms upon their return. — P, CT
    8. Maintain equipment rooms: Keep instrument storage areas, uniform closets, and equipment cages clean, secure, and organized. — P, CT, L
    9. Report maintenance needs: Document damaged equipment and uniform repair needs and report them to the Director of Bands. — C, CT, T, P
