Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
Responsibilities:
Administers the University's Compensation Program by applying program philosophy and evaluation techniques, including analyzing jobs, updating job descriptions, compiling and analyzing wage and salary data and assisting in complex job reviews, grade evaluations and special projects and initiatives. Monitors, assesses and reconciles compensation-related compliance issues. Works collaboratively with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to review and respond to departmental compensation needs and issues.Essential Functions:
