Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
Responsibilities:
Provides expert advisement and support to management and business functional areas in developing and maturing the business continuity management program through pre-planning, planning, and continuous improvement in response to business interruptions. Collaborates with departmental leadership and other stakeholders to identify critical business functions and develop strategies. Performs business impact analysis (BIA), application impact analysis (AIA), and facility-based risk analysis according to established practices. Conducts data analysis, including gap analysis and process improvement analysis related to the program. Develops and maintains Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), guidelines, manuals, and other documentation.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
