Duties may include:
Average Number of Hours per Week: 20 hours per week
Schedule: Flexible around class schedule within business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday, with in-person, in-office attendance. Office location CGS or SVC Building, Tampa Campus.

Preferred Qualifications:
Major in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Communication, Organizational Development, Public Administration, or a related field preferred but not required
Prior customer service, administrative support, student leadership, or office experience.
Experience using Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Interest in employee engagement, organizational culture, employee experience, human resources, or communications.
Special Skills:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality when working with employee information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Willingness to learn new software and business processes.
