The College of Arts and Sciences is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a work study. This position will assist with administrative support to members of the Dean's office. Your responsibilities will include a range of tasks that contribute to the efficiency of the college.
These responsibilities include:
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
Comfort assisting with basic technological issues (troubleshooting printers, wifi, etc.)
Ability to lift 10-15lbs.
Ability to handle confidential information and files with discretion
Experience providing customer service preferred but not required
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Time: 10-15 Hours a week
