Position Duties:
Assist with day-to-day administrative operations within the Athletics Administration and Business Operations office
Support staff with meeting preparation, event logistics, and departmental projects
Maintain, organize, and update departmental records, files, spreadsheets, and databases
Assist with purchasing and other business-related processes
Prepare materials for events, student-athlete programming, and staff initiatives
Provide professional customer service and assist visitors, coaches, staff, and student-athletes as needed
Support special events, leadership development programs, and departmental initiatives
Perform data entry, reporting, and other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor
Skills Required:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated with a positive attitude
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with coaches, staff, and student-athletes
