DUTIES
Office duties (filing, mail sort, copier, supplies, Excel, Adobe, Word). Monitor/straighten Office, Equipment Rooms, Labs. Check in/out Film equipment and check for damage, etc. Keep the inventory list updated. Keep editing labs clean, stocked, and organized. Collect news, pictures, etc., for Film Studies Newsletter. Work with faculty and Marcom on events/productions. Report on building issues to Department Assistant or LPC Building Director.
SKILLS NEEDED
Organization Skills. Work with minimal instructions. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe, Photoshop, Film, Editing, Lighting, and Camera equipment is preferred. Will be trained on software for checking in/out equipment and materials.
