Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the Alumni Engagement, Annual Giving, Advancement, and Special Events teams
- Assist in the planning, preparation, and execution of events (e.g., Homecoming, athletic events, donor events, and campus programs)
- Prepare event materials such as nametags, place cards, invitations, mailings, and donor gifts
- Support event setup, execution, and guest services, including assisting alumni and volunteers
- Maintain and organize files, databases, inventories, and event materials
- Assist with social media content, website updates, and marketing materials
- Conduct research and support special projects as assigned
- Provide front-facing customer service by greeting guests and assisting with inquiries
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Professional demeanor with the ability to interact with alumni, donors, and university leadership
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong customer service skills and a positive, flexible attitude
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Willingness to work occasionally in the evenings and weekends for events
